At the University of Missouri they've set up a program where residence halls can track their energy usage in real time, setting up a competition across residence halls on campus. What a great concept! What a great concept to bring to blocks, neighborhoods, towns and cities across the country. What if there was a big game going on to see who could save the most energy? Largest Rooftop PV Install in the Country!

Salt Lake City will have that bragging right as a 2.6MW PV array is being installed on the roof of the Salt Palace Convention Center. The project will cost $10M but won't cost the taxpayers a dime.
